New Features in PHPHOTO.ORG

In case you have not noticed, we have new buttons to play with at PHPhoto for registered users.  Here is a brief explanation of what we added:

POLLS - you can add polls and answer other people's polls.  The moderator needs to approve the polls though before they are actually put online.

LIST - This is something like a directory so you do not need to wait for answers when asking questions like "Where do i have my camera repaired" or "Where to buy this and that..." whats nice about this is that not only can you add to the list (with approval of moderator so were sure it falls in the right category) but registered users are also allowed to comment on these shops.  So if you have positive or negative experiences with these shops, now is the time to let other members know.

BUY & SELL - we all love gear shopping right? Whats so cool about this new section is that we can now upload photos and more description.  Items are searchable... Eventually,  i will be adding PAYPAL & Credit Card features to this so users can actually pay each other online.  

NEW VIDEOS - we've uploaded the talk of Lito Genilo (Smartshot) on top of the part 2 of the raffle during the PHPhoto EB last June in SMX.  Be sure to watch them.

Think these features are cool?  Well... i would need your support and ask you to use them.  Let us know if you find any bugs so we can fix them.  We have a forum for all your complaints.

Lastly, i'm reminding you of the ongoing contest for "Most # of post", "Most # of friends" and winner in the "Photo Battle".  Contest ends Oct 31, 2010 and up for grabs are Tamrac Backpack, Wacom Bamboo Touch and Spyder Express 3.
